You must be of legal age. You are responsible for your password and what happens with your account.

Services

AHL provides a matching platform. We are not the service providers.

Acceptable Use

• Provide accurate information.
• Respect others; no harassment, discrimination, or violence.
• Do not post false, misleading, or dangerous content.
• Do not try to break the system or take others' data.

AI Limitations

AI recommendations are informational only. AI gives no medical diagnosis or final legal decision. Sensitive decisions are escalated to authorized humans.

Employer & Provider Obligations

Employers and providers must follow the "Employer & Provider Code of Conduct". Breach may lead to loss of access.

Fees

The AHL platform is free. Some provider services may have fees, clearly indicated.

Limitation of Liability

AHL is a matching platform. We do not guarantee outcomes or provider quality. Our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Haiti, without prejudice to users' rights.
