Who We Are
Ayiti Home Link (AHL) is a collaborative ecosystem of Haitian-led organizations based in Ayiti and the United States, working together to support Haitian returnees before, during, and after their return to Ayiti.
The initiative brings together organizations with complementary expertise, resources, and community networks to provide coordinated, culturally responsive, and sustainable support throughout the return and reintegration process. By connecting Haitian organizations across borders, AHL seeks to ensure that returning home is not simply a process of relocation, but a pathway toward dignity, stability, belonging, and renewed opportunity.

Ayiti Home Link
Connecting Haitians to Resources, Support, and Community — Wherever They Call Home
Ayiti Home Link is a digital space designed to connect Haitians to trusted resources, organizations, services, and opportunities — no matter where they have decided to call home.
The platform recognizes that every Haitian family's journey is different. Some individuals are working to remain in the United States and need access to advocacy, legal information, and community support. Others may be considering or preparing for a return to Haiti. Still others may need help securing the documentation necessary to navigate either pathway.
Ayiti Home Link creates one trusted point of connection across these different needs.
Every returnee who submits an intake is assigned a dedicated case manager and caseworker within 24 hours — providing one-on-one guidance from the first conversation through to long-term stability, including needs assessment, referrals, appointment scheduling, and ongoing follow-up.
Through the platform, individuals will be able to:
