Supprimer votre compte Ayiti Home Link
You can delete your Ayiti Home Link account and the personal data linked to it at any time, free of charge. There are two ways to do it.
1. Delete it yourself in the app

- Open Ayiti Home Link and sign in.
- Open Settings (Paramèt / Paramètres).
- Tap "Delete My Account" (Efase Kont Mwen / Supprimer mon compte).
- Confirm the request. Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately.

Email dpo@ayitihomelink.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We reply within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted

Your name, email address, phone number, profile details, saved services, notification tokens, and the content of your conversations. Conversation records are removed or anonymised so they no longer identify you.
What is kept, and why

Case notes that a caseworker is legally or contractually required to retain for service continuity, donor reporting and legal obligations. These are retained for up to 7 years, in anonymised form wherever possible, and are never sold or used for advertising.

In Settings you can use "Download My Data" (Telechaje Done Mwen) to export a copy of your information before deleting.
